Shri Sandeep Singh has done Post Graduation in Rural Development. Followed by specialization course in Media Planning, Strategy and General Management from MICA - Ahmedabad, XLRI – Jamshedpur, and IIM - Bangalore respectively. His articles have appeared in various newspapers like Economic Times, Financial Express, Hindustan Times etc.He has worked with R K Swamy/BBDO and HTA in Media Planning, with A C Nielsen  and ORG-MARG in Media Research, and as Vice-President with ETC Network, SAB TV and Sahara News. In 2006 he moved from performance to purpose stage. “Business of Freedom – an Initiative for School of Indian Management” was his first book and which followed community publishing model for publishing the book. 

Dr. Vijay Chauthaiwale is the Vice President (Discovery Research) at the Torrent Research Centre of the Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited. Mr Chauthaiwale who has completed his Ph.D (Microbiology) from the National Chemical Laboratory in Pune, also looks into Business Development and Collaboration Management. With his vast experience in other countries and by participating in various International conferences, inputs from Mr Chuthaiwale at NIMCJ is a bonus. Mr Chauthaiwale’s experience as a co-author to various publications is also beneficial for the institute.

Mr Kaushik Pandya is an Electronics Engineer by profession. With Information Technology (IT) also fast taking over in various domains of media, inputs from Mr Pandya  on various aspects of IT has been advantageous for the planning of academic schedule of the institute. Mr Pandya is managing a Network Solution and System Integration company since the last two decades. Mr Pandya is also associated with technology education. Mr Pandya is also president of organizations like Federation of IT Association of Gujarat and Ahmedabad Computer Merchant’s Association.
